According to the abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization: "A photovoltaic solar power generator that is transportable and can be used to supply electricity to communication systems in remote installations, comprising a container (2) containing an insulated compartment (5) with battery chargers (24), a two-way inverter (25) that generates direct and alternating current, rectifier (26) and batteries (27), power unit (28), control system and monitoring system, and a second, non-insulated compartment (8) with a diesel generator (9) and a solar park of photovoltaic modules (14) that are secured to the container (2) and to the ground in a metal structure (15), made of vertical and cross beams, forming an inclined cover that provides shade. For transport purposes, the modules (14) and structure (15) may be dismantled inside the insulated compartment (5). It further comprises an air-conditioning system, H2 detection system and a system for detecting the entry of personnel into the container (2).

How do you connect a solar panel and wind generator in parallel?
I have an ~18v solar panel and a ~15v wind turbine. Sometimes one generates more voltage than the other. How would I get both of them to charge one ~12v battery?
Placing diodes in series with each source to the battery would solve your problem. You should use a charge controller on the system to prevent overcharging the battery.
